Who's Oliver?

Oliver was born 8 weeks early, weighing just 4lbs 7oz, and unable to swallow. Two days later, he underwent surgery to correct the issue known as "esophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula (EA/TEF)", which basically means his esophagus was not attached to his stomach.

The scenario in which this repair can be done successfully for a child so small is very rare, especially on the first try.

Through what can only be described as a miracle, Oliver's surgery was successful, and the surgeons at Texas Children's were able to reattach his esophagus to his stomach in one surgery.

What's New?

Since opening for business in July 2023, we have seen a ground swell of support from our local community. We have been delighted to serve communities from Missouri City, Sugar Land, Houston, Stafford, and even visitors from out of state. We are now open for breakfast and lunch 9am-3pm Tuesday - Friday and 8am-2pm on Saturday . We welcome you to come taste the delicious food we have to offer. If you haven't tried this place, what are you waiting for? Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) we have had is fantastic! Missouri City is lucky to have such a great family owned restaurant. The owner and his family have always been so friendly.
